I requested this for my two children in October 2016 I kept receiving the information on my phone even though I clearly requested that the data must be available for my children on their numbers. When I queried this I was told that they send the information to the account holder’s phone. This made me decide to cancel this service as neither one of my children had the benefit. I therefore send an email on the 1st December 2016. When there was a deduction on the 14th December, I phone and spoke to Michelle. She requested that I send her proof and assured me that the accounts has been cancelled. As I was on holiday during that period. I email her the paperwork on the 9th January 2017. To my horror to discover that they deducted again on the 13 Jan 2017. I spoke to Mandy this time. She promised to revert back to me. No feedback received. They deducted again on the 24th February whereby I spoke to Sizwe Dladla on the 6 March 2017 and he promised to refund me. He refunded me R99.00 on the 22 March just to deduct both accounts again on the 25 March 2017. When I phoned on the 28th March 2017, I was informed by Michelle that I only cancelled the one account on the 6th March 2017. She will take the matter up and revert back to me. I emailed her all the proof again on the 28th March 2017. I spoke to Sizwe Dladla today – they have escalated the matter and will refund me the R99.00. I am very upset – this people are ****** – they owe me R495.00 but want to refund me only R99.00. I asked Sizwe to speak to a manager to be told that they are unavailable as they are in meetings.
