Worst Service ever

<p>I canceled my subscription at the end of January. Today I get debited R500. I am told I got billed because in January I used an additional 500mb of data. Not once was I told I will get billed once I run out my 1 GB of data. Not once has anyone called me to tell me they will bill me. When I call them,they are rude and of no help. </p>
