Unauthorized Debit order

<p>hey are doing unauthorized debit orders. They deducted R533 of my account twice in a matter of minutes. 3days no feedback not even an email to say they are attedning. every dam time I phone they are investigating. Everytime I want to speak to a manager not available. This is not acceptable</p>
