<p>Looks like I am joining a long list !!! I am querying at the moment 2 debit order amounts totallying over R700 that have been Taken of my account. For data they claim I have used out of bundle. I have asked for proof of the usage and have been told and have it on e-mail that they cannot supply proof that I have used this data but have debited my account (This in my world is *******) . No "Senior" person can be contacted or spoken too and the poor front line people have to cover all the ranting from clients WHO HAVE BEEN ****** FROM !!. I am awaiting a call now or so I have been told from a manager who will apparently help.</p> <p>MTN can you not see what these idiots are doing to your brand !!!!! </p>
