RIDICULOUS ADMINISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

<p>Since december last i have been asking Yellodata to cancel the debit order that i have with them as i'm no longer interested in thier service and this was only done once in January 2017 but since Feb this company has been debiting my account without permission. i've been receiving confirmation that the debit order has been cancelled via sms every time i lay a complaint but every month the debit order goes off. I sent them emails with this request, giving them calls, cancelled the debit order with my bank and even sent them bank statements that i had to pay for at my bank but nothing has been happing </p>
