Refund requested

I had canceled two contracts with them. Thereafter I was receiving msgs I told them this was canceled. This year I saw that they never stopped billing even to date. Last month they said they will look at it and issue my refund but I never heard from since then. They take too long to respond. I need my money and they have to stop billing me. I am very sad ? about them.
