Paid for data but never received anything

<p>2 Months back I received a call from Yellodata and telling me that if I pay a certain amount I will receive a certain amount of data.</p> <p>I gave them my banking details and the end of July 2016 they deduct the money from my bank account but I never received any data.</p> <p>Because of the amount I thought I would leave it. But at the end of August 2016 the amount more than double but still I did not receive any data. I phoned MTN telling them what is going on and they promised me they will send an e mail to Yellodata and that they will come back to me the same day.</p> <p>Nothing happened. On saturday the 10th of September I received again a call from Yellodata trying to make me take out another of their schemes. I was furious with the agent and he told me he is only doing his job but I must hold on for his supervisor.</p> <p>I told the supervisor what happened and he assure me that he will get back to me by the end of the day. Still nobody phoned me and I send an e mail to them as well and nobody respond to me yet.</p> <p>Now I wonder how many people's money they are *****ing. Because from my point of view they are *****ing my money because they don't deduct what they told me and I never hear anything from them.</p>
