Over billing

<p>Got the contract in November started using the data, firstly no one was able to help me set up the data even at mtn shops, finally I managed to do it n every month I was using it when my 500 mega bites are finished I get an SMS n I changed to my normal data sometimes I'll see with no internet that it's finished. Fast forward February I get billed R859 instead of R69 that I was sold, I call with a query on the 15 March I'm told to send 3 months bank statement and I send it on the 17th I wait for a reply until I call on the 27th to be told that the bill is for January since I exceeded the 500 mega bites which is the first time I hear that the data is uncapped
