Misleading sales pitch!

<p>I signed up for a 1G data bundel for R99 per month. I get billed monthly close to R500 for additional data usage. When I contact the call centre to ask for an explanation or to ask why this was never explained to me, I received no response despite asking for the matter to be elevated to Management. I am now trying to cancel my subscription and am still receiving no joy.</p>
