<p>I took a R99 data for 1g a month. I asked the consultant what happens when the data is finished and he said I have to buy my own data. He also promised that they will never debit more than R99. Every time I check my balance their system says I have (0) no data. This month they debited R202 and when I enquire I was informed that I have used more than a gb. I was also informed that If I want to cancel immediately I am going to lose the data (that is not showing on their system) and I will be billed for the 1gb.
