DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE

<p>I joined up with yellodata for my daughters phone contract with MTN after being offered a really good promotional deal of R99 for 1GIG data. In my telephonic conversation with the consultant I made it abundantly clear that I do not want any nasty surprises at the end of the month. She assured me that for the monthly upfront debit order payment of R99 my daughter would receive 1 GIG data. So these are my debit orders since May: (1) 13 May - R99, (2) 15 Jun - R99, (3 )15 July - R204, (4) 15 August - R99, (5) 15 September - R578!!! After going to their "contact us" tab on the website(no reply after a week), I called their customer care line where a consultant tried to explain to me by refering to the their terms and conditions - their terms and conditions DOES NOT SUPPORT any extra deduction at all. To date I have not received a refund of this ******** deduction and thought it my duty to warn others who may be approached by this company. </p>
