In February 2016 I received a call to take out a contract R59 for 500MB per month. We had to buy extra data one depleted. In September we got an Sms so say that we have exceeded our credit limit of R364. We initially ignored it as we had capped data. Then in January 2017 they started deducting R850 from my account. After contacting their call centre I was told that it is only the R59 that should go off and I need to speak to the billing department cause I did not ask for any extras. No one was prepared to speak to me at the billing department so I sent an email demanding an explanation. I was told it was for uncapped data and that I can't get my money back as I have to pay for services rendered. I asked them to please provide me with proof that I had agree to uncapped data. Untill today 24 Feb I did not receive an answer. The contract was cancelled and I was billed another R454.00 today.

I really would like to know when my contract changed from a R59 capped to one with a credit limit of R364 uncapped.

When I went to Mtn they said they don't know who YELLODATA IS.

They are a bunch of *****ed who exploit pleople.

I will go to the bank and have these amounts reversed as I did not agree to it telephonicly or any other way.

Please people be careful when agreeing to deals over the phone.
