Customer service horrible and unathorised billing

<p>Had a yellodata contarct for 2 months, on the 3rd month they deducted R494. I phoned billing dept quering the unathorised R494 that was deducted, the indian lady helping wasnt even interested in expaling the anything, i had to ask her if she can give me someone who can assist with explaing the R494 and she refered me to their website terms and conditions which i was never told about. her service was horrible and unproffessional.</p>
