Cancelled Debit order 2017, January 2018 till now, suddenly debit order goes off and no help...lost lots of money

Be careful of ****. Yellodata contract was canceled last year April 2017, this year 2018 they start debiting again. Did speak to them, was promised get money back plus will not happen, but still May 2018 no money and debit order still going off. Please do not fall for this YELLODATA
