****** CHEATS!!!!

I had a debit order for a 1gig for R99 with this cheats for 10 months and never got any. All the time I ask I was told I need to change the APN on my iPad which never worked. In one of my calls I asked the call center lady to read out the number the data has been sent to. We picked up they had mixed up two digits, meaning the data was being sent to the wrong number.

I was told they would cancel the contract and reimburse the monies. It’s been four months since I was promised this and still no money. When I make a follow up today, I was surprised when the lady told me that the contract I have is now with my mobile number which I have been using to to call them. Which means since they have my banking details, they continued with the debit orders without my consent.

These people must be stopped. I wonder how MTN continues to allow them to be linked with their name.
