Account Not Cancelled

<p>I have cancelled my account, package, or whatever you want to call it with this company and the debit order still goes off my account. I cancelled over the phone so there should be a record of this. If the debit order continues I am going to take legal action as this is theft. The line that appears on my bank statement is YELLO DATAMP-***8-1</p>
