Yello Mobile MEGA ****

Yello Mobile contacted me last week saying that I prequalified for a cellphone contract, I am still awaiting said mobile phone which was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. This morning R40 was debited from my account for mobile tracing from Techtrace,which was offered to me with the package, however I have not received any device, nor communication from Yello Mobile to confirm the delivery of my device. To whom it may concern,I would like to receive my device by close of business, next Tuesday or cancellation of all of the above, failing which I will take this further.
