<p> </p> <p>One of yellow mobile consultant called me to offer a phone contract which she said I didn’t qualify for after taking all my details. The following value-added product from June 2017 have been deducting money from my account claiming that I have agreed to this during the call with yellow mobile.</p> <p>· SS Squad</p> <p>· Phone box</p> <p>· Techtrace</p> <p>I have been asking for the recorded Audio of the transcript from Yellow mobile. The woman by the name of Shanel Naicker sent me a hard copy of their investigation they have done not the Audio transcript. I am still waiting for the Audio transcript of the conversation.</p> <p>The question is how could I accept cover for a smart phone that I don’t have and never received. Why would I pay for backing my data, tracking a phone and emergency services on the smart phone that I don’t qualify for and do not have and received. I was not made aware that even if the contract deal fails I am still liable to pay for those value-added products. I was told those products are covered on the amount will be paying for a contract.
