Promotional Huawei P10 Offer -
<p>I was called 2 to 3 weeks ago with a promotional offer and was told that the application was successful after I had to speak to a lady that confirmed all my details.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week I called to enquire on the hold up as I was advised delivery takes 5-7 working days.</p> <p>The consultant advised me there lines were down.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today I decided to call to enquire what is going on as I advised the previous consultant to please call me on an alternative number which was given and an email address that was confirmed , stating that my cellphone has crashed and those are the only details of which I could be contacted as my phone no longer works.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to a lady that advised me the application has been placed on hold due to *****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>Never was I contacted on my alternative number nor my email address.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is scary and supicious as they have all my details including my address.</p> <p>I am very dissapointed and disgusted with the lack of customer service and the risk of being exposed to *****.</p>
