Get signed up automatically even when saying NO

Got a cold call from Yello Mobile at 12:17, I politely said I'm not interested in what they have to offer and put down the phone. 3 minutes later I receive TWO SMS's saying \Thank you for your interest in Yello Mobile...\".<br> <br> I have zero interest in Yello Mobile and whatever they have to offer.<br> <br> I phoned the query number ***at 12:27 and proceeded to tell the agent on the other side what I thought of Yello Mobile and what I would do if they do not remove me off there system immediately. The agent experienced the full wrath of my anger and frustration at spam companies like this, and instead of honouring my request, he hung up on me. I don't care how rude I was so that agent can go F#%* himself, worst customer service ever!<br> <br> I called again at 12:30 and a female agent answered, this time they quickly removed me on the system and blocked my number before I could lose my cool again. I ended the call by asking her to tell the previous agent what I thought about his attitude.<br> <br> None of this was necessary and companies like Yello Mobile need to be stopped. I have no idea where they are getting these numbers from but I never asked to be called and made it clear I AM NOT INTERESTED!"
