Data Deal

<p>I signed up for a 1GB @ R99/month data package with Yello Data (they are aware that I have an MTN contract).</p> <p>They deducted almost R200 and R300 from my bank account!</p> <p>When I phoned to find out what this is for I was informed that it is for "out of bundle data usage".</p> <p>How on earth can you charge me for something I did not sign up for and could not use?</p> <p>I have a contract with MTN which means that my data is supp**** by them and billed as part of the contract.</p> <p>The additional 1GB was merely added to avoid high cost of data.</p> <p> </p>
