Bad Services and empty promise s

On the late November 2013 I got a call from yellowmobile selling me a contract, a consultant told me that there is a insurance coming with the contract the also sent me a confirmation SMS for specification of a package. On the 12 September 2014 I got robed, then I reported the incident. Now the news was my phone contract is not insured. I asked them to go back to the recordings of the call which I took a contract at, then said the will comeback to me in 72 hours but 5 days later that's when I got an SMS telling my application was not successful but not specifically saying which application is. They only called me to sell me another contract, not handling my concern. Please help me because now I'm still paying the account hence they not delivering as per agreement.
