YDE's Exceptional Leader: Ferozah

Excellent customer service by Feroza : Whenever, I walk into Yde canal walk, my son and I are warmly welcomed by Ferozah & Tash .On 17 November 22 I rushed in looking for a specific dress. They did not have size and the color that I wanted. Ferozah immediately said let me IBT. She checked and phoned VNA as they had 1 reflected. Unfortunately, it was damaged. She then called Clear Water and the lady she took my details to send it, I still told Feroza let it come to her store ahe said it doesnt matter she would let it go where its nearest for me when i realised the item has not come yet. I called Yde he canal spoke to Lee as Ferozah's shift endedbut would ask ferozah the following day to follow up Ferozah tried my cell couldnt get hold of me called at work I was busy, called me again didnt wait for me to call her back i explained to her and she immediately called Clearwater only to discover the item was never sent, she then reordered and called me again and made sure that thatnthey confirmed with her it will be sent. In essence she went on a hind leg to find the dress for me I would like to place on record, this is notnthe first time that she had done this to get and item for me. I know at anytime I can walk in her store and be treated like a queen I really commend her service and her dedication to customer service especially considering the fast pace and rigour associated with the Christmas season. Once again I thank Ferozah for going that extra mile and make me feel elated.
