YDE Tygervalley staff VERY rude

I purchased a dress on the 13 of Dec 2019 at YDE in Canal Walk, and I realized when I got home that it is not what I really like , asked my cousin to return the dress at YDE in Tygervalley (19/12/2019) as She is closer that side and I am far on both ends,

She was assisted by Nangamso Hena (not even sure if its her real name they way she was so rude) Nangamso told my cousin they dont accept clothes from Canal Walk because Canal Walk store also doesn't take clothes from them,

My cousin then contested that , that is when Nangamso said the dress is dirty (which is not true) we must go to Canal Walk

We are closer to Tygervalley and no where in your policy it says we must return to the same store , that Nangamso is very rude and took advantage of my cousin..

I phoned head office and got this reference (80185) to be assisted after 48hours, that is too long I'm worried I wont have means to go back to the store as I need to travel to the EC for a Wedding this weekend..

Please assist...
