YDE - Trueworths (BEaware!!)

YDE has a terrible customer service and could be over charging those with accounts with them.

I have repeatedly requested to see my account statement from they continue to go back and forth instead of sending the statements they will you go in circles, it’s not clear why they are withholding hence why I say they are over charging, a payment was made however they have do not acknowledge it, instead they make up a figure and don’t send you your statement. I told them I want to cancel my account hence I need to view my statements they still never responded

They need to be investigated with regards to their Ethical Standards as a result I have also laid a complaint against them with the NCC.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT open an account with YDE !!! They will **** you!
