Yde trading hours
<p>Clearly there is something wrong with the Yde The Glen trading hours because on 2 occasions i ran from work as i knock off late, arrived at Yde at 18:50 the doors are already closed, so i enter through the Truworths entrance and i am advised its closed they cashing up they can not assist me so i had to leave without paying my account yet again i really think the trading hours should clearly state that they close at 18:30 becasue there is no way they are that quick at closing the door. The staff members were quite rude about it and failed to assist. </p>

We were concerned to read of your experience as our stores are instructed to strictly adhere to the store’s scheduled opening and closing times. We therefore escalated your complaint to the manager of the relevant store to investigate and address this matter. Whilst the manager denies that store closed earlier than the scheduled time, we believe that she has contacted you to apologize for the manner in which you felt you were assisted. We were also informed that she has arranged to meet with you in store to further clarify this matter.
