YDE -The pits

I visited YDE Sandton city & for the 3rd time this year I was told I cannot pay with my virtual card because their system doesn't have that option they still use physical bank cards in 2023. I then had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash. When I got back the security lady told me they were closed it was 18:52. I then told her that I want to do a set aside then because for a top I wanted to buy earlier. She told me, I must come back the next day together with another lady who works at the store. I told them it's not my problem their system does not accept convenient & current means of payment and I have been inconvenienced enough already. I stay in Pretoria do they expect me to come back again to a different city, mean you it was not even 7pm yet! They told me it's 'Their regulations'. Why in the first place was I not allowed to complete the payment because it was not 7pm yet and the reason why I came back just before 7pm was because I had to go get hard cash. Absolutely no care, consideration nor regard for customers. Totally disappointing.
