YDE STORES ARE ****. THEY ARE LYING WITH THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON THEIR RECEIPT. THEY ARE ****** AND NEED TO BE CLOSED FOREVER

I have bought clothes for my daughter at YDE Cresta on the 7th April 2021 and on the 9th my daughter wanted to return some of the items in Pretoria YDE KOLONNADE but they refuse 2 times. Then I sent an email to the YDE office to for assistance and they pretended to assist me but later went quiet on me. No response no help
