YDE service is bad

YDE service is bad. I bought an item online for collection in Dec. When I went to the store to check my parcel it wasn’t there they asked me to wait for an sms. I never received any sms to date.I had to buy another item coz the order was delayed.

Now item arrived and I want to return it for refund they want an invoice I never received I was sent back. Then I managed to get the invoice then the Pavillion store told me they don’t have cash for me they will call me back. To date am sitting with this item I want to return and don’t know way forward .
