YDE return policy goes against consumer protection act

YDE’s return policy is absolutely ridiculous, going against the Consumer Protection Act. Their policy is 14 days, I am so busy and a working mother, I did not know their return policy as they don’t make it clear that it’s not the norm. I tried to get a refund on the 15th day and the people at the store refused to help me, this goes against consumer rights.
