YDE refusing to give refund on wrong delivery

I bought Online 4 online Items from YDE over a month ago that make up 2 outfits.

One item they delivered was the completely wrong. I requested for them to come deliver the correct item and fetch the wrong one. They said they Do Not Do RETURNS. A return is me wanting to return something that was delivered correctly. They have refused to deliver the correct item. After paying delivery fees they advised I must drop off the items for a refund and that I will not be getting a delivery fee refund. It takes weeks for the head office to give feedback. A month has gone by and still I am sitting without my issue resolved.

Very Poor Service. Daylight *****ing IMO. I have to pay for delivery fee but end up going to the store but no compensation.

One would think they would go above and beyond to rectify THEIR mistake. But all they do is offer for me to return it instore.
