PLEASE CORRECT MY STATUS WITH THE CREDIT BUREAU AS I PAID YOU THE BALANCE OF WHAT I OWED ON THE 30TH MARCH 2020 AND WANT THE ACCOUNT SHUT DOWN, CLOSED,ETC. PLEASE READ AND ACTION MY NUMEROUS EMAILS WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT ATTACHED SENT TO ***, ***, ***, *** AND ***. THE SUBJECT IS MY ID NUMBER. REALLY PATHETIC HOW EFFICIENT YOU ARE AT REMINDERS THAN ACTUALLY HANDLING QUERIES. SPENT MY MONEY AND TIME TRYING TO GET YOUR CALL CENTERS TO HELP BUT DOLOLO. I AM SICK OF IT..... I AM SICK OF IT....

10 Jul 2020, 12:15I do not see my status updated with the credit bureau? Can you have that cleared please, evidently, I paid on time? No 3 months missed payments? This is working against me!!! I also do not see any closure sent via email?
