YDE pavilion

Last month I bought 2 Dresses at YDE Pavalion. When I got home only to find one dress had a Stain in between the Pleats. Returned the dress on Monday the 21st. The manager refused to take the dress back and then called the Area Sales Manager ( She was very Rude) Told me “ That they will never sale a dress with a stain and they can’t take back the dress because the tag was removed” I then left the dress with them, Cause I was not willing to keep a dress that I wasn’t happy with.

She told me “I can take up the matter with Head office she doesn’t mind”

Which I did and The head office was of no use to me because they didn’t help me. They told that that the store manager will call me, Which she never Did.

It’s 4 weeks now the Dress is with them and no one has ever contacted me and the Dress is with them.
