YDE out of date payment methods
I would love to know how we are living in the 21st centurion, yet an upmarket shop like YDE still does not have tap to pay???? You need a physical card or cash. And then when you phone customer service, they say you can't make a complaint telephonically, you need to go through a whole process of emailing them. It of days payment methods and useless customer care. Won't be back.

05 Jan 2023, 15:39I then went back to pay for my precise with cash after waking 20 minutes to an ATM, for them to say they have new the wrong price before and it was more expensive, so if I want my purchase, I need to walk BACK to the ATM and withdraw more cash. Just disgusting service. They also don't have Zapper or any other options.
