Yde online and customer service sucks

After finding out the dress I wanted was only available online in my size I went onto the YDE website to purchase. The login process was back and forth therefore I proceeded to purchase as a guest. No order number was generated, emailed, smsed after payment has gone through. I called through and spoke to Bright at the call centre who confirmed he could see my payment but I need to wait until the next day for confirmation of purchase and an order number. In my 10 years of online shopping this has never been the case and he was extremely unhelpful.
