I’ve been trying to get my refund for days three weeks following your own employee’s incompetence.

Three weeks ago i practically got clothes for free because the salesgirl apparently didn’t know what she was doing. I returned to exchange two dresses and we discovered the error. I paid for those clothes, because that’s the type of human I am and I asked for a refund on the overpayment but they had no cash and they’re clueless about how to refund a transaction on to a debit card. I have been waiting for my money for three weeks! They made me come back to the store 5 times after that and I still don’t have my money. They never want to go the extra mile to help the customer and all they say is “you have to come to us or you get nothing back” - it’s as if they just give you the middle finger after they have your money. I’m so upset!
