YDE- Kameo coat poor quality!
I bought a Kameo coat a few weeks ago from YDE planning to wear it on my trip overseas. I tried the coat on it fit perfectly. I made the purchase and a few weeks later packed it for my trip. On the day I wear the coat , I was out on a cruise it rips on the right hand side. I was so disappointed and embarrassed as I was around people and couldn’t even change cause I was so far away from my hotel. So for 2-3 hours I was sitting around trying to hide the embrasssing tear. Couldn’t take pictures of my self on the cruise and I couldn’t even enjoy myself it was a horrible experience. You’d think for an such a upscale retail store they’d have better quality clothes. Highly disappointed.

Whilst the necessary measures are taken to ensure that all merchandise meet this standard, we have a procedure in place whereby merchandise that presents a potential quality issue, may be returned within a six months period from the date of purchase, provided that valid proof of purchase is presented.
