YDE IS A VERY BAD STORE, NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE ******!

I have a big problem with YDE, they never want us to return clothes. I bought clothes and they were not suitable and they didn't have sizes. I asked my niece to return them and Thoriso refused to take them and told her to come back in the evening because they don't have cash and suggested that she give her the account number so she can deposit the money into the bank, which I agreed. Then my niece went back and Thoriso this time told her that she need my debit card to deposit /return the money into the card. As far as I know they cannot return the money into the debit card, they can only do so with the credit card. YDE is a problem when it comes to refunding but we buy more than we return. I personally spend more than R11000. 00 cash this month at YDE and they refuse to refund me the items less than a R1000. 00, this is unacceptable. All the YDE stores don't want to refund
