YDE eft and debit order system is ridiculous and does not work well.

I must say I am highly disappointed with the debit order facility of YDE. At first my account did bounce and I got sms saying my account is in arrears. It jumped from R475 per month to R925. Because I care so much about my credit record I paid R925 via eft. To this day I still get smses saying my account is in arrears even after I called to confirm if they received payment. What puzzles me is I get harassed that my account is in arrears of R925 and payment is due 2nd March according to my statement but I sill get smses and calls to pay immediately to reinstate my credit status.I don’t think I will be shopping with YDE anytime soon. Once I pay up the balance. I will close this account as their systems work against me and my credit score.
