Yde does it again in a space of a month!!!

Last month I purchased a pants as a gift for my bf only for him to find the pants already torn in the crotch area. This month I bought a formal shirt on sale at Yde in Pavilion, Durban as a gift for my brother in law living in Cape Town. I sent the shirt to Cape Town only for my sister to find that the shirt was cut on the sleeves. She took the shirt to Yde at Canal Walk, my sister explained the situation to the cashier. My sister found the same shirt at the Canal Walk store and wanted to swap the damaged shirt for a new one. The cashier asked for my acc number and my sister showed the lady the pic of my receipt. The cashier then said she can't do the exchange and called for the manager. The manager refused to look at the shirt, she argued with my sister, rolled her eyes at her and basically embarrassed the **** out of my sister. After a minute of arguing the manager says that I need to send a letter and a copy of my ID to swap a reject shirt for a new shirt which is the same style. When I spoke to head office they told me that aslong as I have proof of the purchase there shouldn't be an issue. I'd understand the hassle if this shirt wasn't a reject but this is just ********...
