Yde customer service is pathetic!!!

Worst customer service ever. They won’t accept my expired drivers license to purchase but can use my id number to pay which makes no sense. They blocked my card because I app**** for another card which was never delivered to me. Since they have become the traffic department not accepting me to purchase on my own accounts I will be closing my account and never shopping there again. The customer service is pathetic 😡
