Yde Canal walk absolutely sucks!

I want to lay a formal complaint against Feroza at your YDE Canal walk branch for being rude and giving me no assistance and also providing inaccurate information. Ever felt like you were a nuisance and you irritate a person now this is exactly how I felt dealing with her.

The manner she spoke to me I can not accept or even believe. I've been an YDE account holder for many many years and is always friendly with staff. As for today I'm utterly disgusted to be treated this way. I wanted to buy items but left it just there as she was so rude and the interaction left me feeling offended and disappointed. I was at your branch in Waterfront where I was assisted by Tom which was so pleasant I never expected the terrible service I got a few days back.

I always go to the Cavendish branch which is always n pleasant experience with Claudine and her team and never treated like this. I'm closing my account and never doing business with yde again if this is not sordted today! Since no one gets back to me I'm forced to come here.
