YDE abhorrent service

After being told my order was on its way to Gateway from Cresta they refused to reply to my subsequent requests for an update. The evident purposeful ignoring of my e-mails has proven said retailer has a nonchalant attitide to customers. This is perplexing during a time when retailers are experiencing lower sales. Word of mouth is a powerful tool and so is social media. I will be certain to essay my pwrsonal experience with the general public
