Worst service ever

I went to Yde in Centurion yesterday date 27 December 2023 to return a bought item worth 799, i get there and i am told there is no money the store hasnt made sales, that i should reurn today date 28 December. Not considering the inconvenience causing me. I gave them my contact details tocontact me, no one did until 15:30 today, i decided to call the headffice, the consultant still had the audacity to say maybe they didn't call me because they stll haven't made a sale. Customer service is appalling. Only after my call the consultant waned to transfer me to their branch, at that time the consultant didn't even adk for my name or number to atleatst have the decency to call me back, instead wants o now transfer me. How unprofessional frm their head office and their branch. What kind of customer service is this. I am highly upset and disappointed by this unprofessional behavior.
