WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT YDE EASTGATE

They do not even deserve a star. On Thursday, October 10 I purchased a dress at YDE. The dress does not fit properly so I asked my husband to return today so that I can get another dress. This is for a black tie event. The manager was rude to the core and refuses to give me a refund. I have a friend who happens to be white, she always shops at YDE and has had no problems with getting a refund. Today they refuse to give a black customer a refund because according to the shop manager it looks *****. How does a dress that has never been worn look *****? When I pointed this out the manager then moved to say that the tag was removed. However the tag was still in the pack with the receipt. FELLOW SOUTH AFRICANS PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM YDE!!!!
