Waiting over a month for a refund to be returned into my account???!!!

I purchased 2 items online, which did not fit so I returned return to the Cavendish YDE branch. I could not return these items due to my invoice not having the seconds of my purchase on the invoice??? The hour and minutes were on the invoice but not the seconds…? The Manger could not get hold of your customer services, because apparently, customer services don't work on a Saturday - I then was asked to come back to the store return my items once they had the seconds to my invoice. Upon my return a week later, the return was still a problem, as the system would not accept the time, WITH the seconds, and I had to wait in the store for approximately 30 minutes while the managers contacted the call center's & head office for help on how to proceed with my return. Eventually, they were told to override and proceed with my return. This was over 4 weeks ago, and I am STILL waiting for the money to be returned into my bank account??? I have called the store a few times and spoken the same manager and have been told I should wait for the full 10 days before the money will reflect in my account, 10 days have long come and gone. The latest is that I need to send my bank statement?! Surely the store has a printout of sales / refunds for each day? As far as I am concerned this is theft!
