Unjust Refusal of Refund by YDE - Clothing Unworn and Tags Intact

Absolutely infuriated with YDE. They're downright refusing my refund for items I no longer want, and their excuse is beyond ridiculous – they claim I've worn the clothes! These garments are brand new with tags still hanging on them. Seriously?!
