Unhappy customer ,poor customer service

I bought a dress in yde waterfront for gala evening on the 30 october,,i fit on the dress and i saw the stars is coming off and was all over in my face and haur .so i took back the dress because of the poor fabric on 31 october.it was taken for quality check till to date i havent hear from them.it is pathetic service and i always buy my dress from them.
