Unfairly Credit Bureau Listings

I am so disappointed and can not wait to close this account. I have defaulted in the month of September and paid my account 15 days later and you have audacity to list my account on the credit bureau as 30 days arrears after I have made arrangements with you and honored those arrangements. Your company is so petty and doesn’t value their clients . Do you know what this does to someone’s credit profile when you provide false information to the bureau. I’ve been paying this account on time for many years and just because I paid the account 14 days later you have audacity to list me on credit bureau even though I had arranged with you people.

OMG! It’s not worth it to have your account with these people , am done with them . Is it because I declined your credit limit increase that’s why you are treating me like this.
