They sold the dress. After I did the work of getting it here. From PE to East Rand Mall

Worst experience ever.

I saw a specific dress online. Went to east rand mall, to buy the dress. They didn’t have the dress in store. They called East Gate mall. They didn’t have the dress aswell. I took the initiative of calling around for this specific dress. A lady from greenacres mall in PE. Got the dress for me in Tygervalley mall. And send to east rand mall. The 1st of November. A week after. I call every second day to hear if my dress arrived. The lady at the east rand mall told me. They will call me. When my dress has arrived. Yesterday (21 November) I call the lady from Greenacres mall. Asking. When will my dress be here. She says. It’s supposed to be in East rand mall already. She calls the store in east rand mall. And hear if my dress is there. She calls me back. Tells me my dress is in east rand mall. I said. Okay il pick it up today (22 November). Guess what? Sis’ Buhle and her colleague from East rand mall. Sold my dress.

I am so upset. Disappointed. I had my eye on this dress since October. I made plan to get it. They only called East gate mall YDE
